Oh the horrors of being sober while everyone else is drinking their qualms away. Though, I thought I might as well try and keep to my anti-getting-trashed word at least for more than a couple days. Though after that night of intense badness, even the sight of all that alcohol on the table really just made me feel like throwing up again. Sorry for the lack of niceties, I got far too messy that night and left it up to other people to deal with (mainly because I was in a paralytic stupor drifting in and out of consciousness. Oh, and I gag-snored. Thanks for reminding me everyone.)
However, the night did happen to progress to a mild euphoria as I drove (not very well, mind you) a BMW. Living it up ! But it's been so long since I've driven, and the accelerator was fucked, so I looked like I'd never driven in my life before. How fun.
Fast forward to 2am. Listening to the graveyard shift on SYN, waiting for my song to be played; waited for half an hour or so without any indication that Chris and Alex had made it into the studio, I proceeded downstairs to make myself a Milo; Running upstairs halfway through, just to double check my phone, what do I hear, halfway through and almost finished ? Oh, hello Rough Hands. Thanks for the heads up before playing it, Chris.
Pretty much couldn't sleep until 5.40 am though. Woke up 4.5 hours later because I thought I was going out early. I was wrong. Stared blankly at whatever was on the TV for a couple hours then shopped it up at Chadstone, where I found Dead Set but couldn't buy it, couldn't find Let The Right One In or Frostbiten to buy, but saved a nifty little $15 on a bracelet that I really don't need. Yep, I'm good at shopping :D
Minotaur trip tomorrow with the ichong, will be spending at least 10 minutes, as per usual, staring at the 15" Sam doll that I shall never be able to afford, as well as splurging on some comics. Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash anyone ? (:
